INTRODUCTION
At Inde we are passionate about ensuring our success benefits more than just ourselves. Our commitment to environmental sustainability, social well-being, and ethical governance drives our actions. The Inde Commitment outlines our principles and practices.
PRINCIPLES
Partnership
Partnership
With our customers we say, “We work with you, we don’t do it to you.” The same is true for our people and community. We can do more together. We will partner with our customers and vendors to support our Inde Commitment initiatives. We choose partners who embrace our values, and who make ethical decisions.
Commitment to Te Tiriti
Commitment to Te Tiriti
All Inde Commitment initiatives will be based on the principles of Te Tiriti o Waitangi. We will partner with local iwi, and tangata whenua within Inde, to ensure their views are heard and valued. We will integrate te reo and te ao Maori in a way that is culturally respectful. We want to make a genuine and lasting difference.
Outcome Focused
Outcome Focused
The Inde Commitment is not about ticks for the sake of it or looking good. It is not about cookie cutter solutions. It is about real solutions to real problems. Change starts with education. We are open to new perspectives and being challenged. But growth comes through action. We learn through doing and being involved. We will not always get things right the first time. But we will keep on trying.
PILLARS
We wholeheartedly partner with our people and their whanau, fostering an environment where they can thrive. We believe that by empowering our people, we enhance our collective potential.
We will partner with our community to improve access into tech careers by championing equity and education, and by sharing our resources to foster positive change in the wider communities we are a part of.
We will partner with our natural world, actively integrating the principles of kaitiakitanga (guardianship) in our daily decisions, organisational policies, and in partnerships with our customers.
