Prior to joining Inde, I worked for AWS in Auckland for a little over three years as a Migration Specialist Solutions Architect. This role entailed working with large Enterprises and ISVs across Australasia, to develop roadmaps, technical designs and business cases for the migration of their workloads to AWS. Before working at AWS, my career was mostly focused on Communications, using technologies such as Microsoft and Cisco to deliver email, messaging and collaboration solutions.
I specialise in leveraging the latest technologies to develop Enterprise grade solutions suited to the New Zealand market. I am passionate about leveraging cloud delivered services and overcoming the challenges presented by migrating to, and integrating with cloud services to deliver great outcomes for businesses.
Outside of work, Shane has an artistic bent, carving bone, stone and wood as well as dabbling in acrylic painting and airbrushing. Shane also enjoys a wide range of outdoor pursuits including hiking, cycling and kayaking.
