As the General Manager of People and Development, Rachael is at the forefront of ensuring that Inde stays true to its purpose. With qualifications in psychology and education, and a special interest in neurodiversity, Rachael brings 15 years of HR experience to her role, specializing in organizational psychology and learning and development. She is passionate about helping individuals unlock their full potential and takes a strength-based approach to bring out the best in people, creating a positive impact on both the employees and the company.
Beyond her role at Inde, Rachael spends time with her husband and two boys, listening to their imaginative musings about life and dinosaurs. On weekends, she enjoys exploring nature with her family, indulging in delicious food with friends, or finding a quiet moment to read or write.
